As we continue to grow, we need to hire a Full-Time Title Administrative Assistant to join our team of dedicated professionals. Location Monroe/Concord area of North Carolina. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails. Greet customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional manner. Schedule appointments, meetings, and service visits. Maintain and organize customer files, vehicle records, and company documents. Prepare reports, correspondence, invoices, and other administrative paperwork. Process data entry for customer information, service records, and inventory transactions. Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and basic bookkeeping tasks. Maintain accurate records of warranties, registrations, and vehicle-related documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality requirements. Provide general administrative support to managers and department staff.
