Job Description

As a Senior Services Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting workplace operations by managing print and document services, mail and package processing, shipping and receiving activities, and office equipment support. You will help ensure daily business functions run efficiently by handling customer requests, maintaining records, supporting administrative tasks, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of related experience preferred (we offer training). Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. (Pay is based on skills and experience).
Pay Range:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday / 7am to 4pm
Duties:
Support print, copy, scanning, and document production services. Handle mail, shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment and supplies. Provide customer service, administrative, and records management support. Assist with meeting room setup, facility operations, and other assigned duties.
Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
