Completion of high school or its equivalent; secretarial/computer business courses or graduate from college training program. Proficient in Windows environment (Word, Excel required and Access preferred).Essential Job Functions:

- Shift Wizard as needed
- Maintains departmental employee files.
- Arrange travel for Assistant Directors and staff as needed
- Ensures appropriate/timely communication to departmental staff and peers re: current Licensure and credentials.
