Position Overview:
Job Description and Responsibilities at the
Statesville Ministry Campus:
Monday-Thursday 9:30 AM-5:30PM. Fridays 9:30 AM - 2:00 PM. Weekend and late evenings as needed according to PC Events.
Administrative & Communication Support:
Provide direct administrative support to the Directors and Founders. Manage calendars, schedules, and communication between staff, volunteers, and families. Prepare and organize paperwork, forms, and reports for operational and ministry use. Assist with HR processes, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. Maintain and update databases, rosters, and attendance tracking systems. Help draft, edit, and distribute internal communications, letters, and emails.
Operational Coordination:
Support daily ministry operations, ensuring systems, supplies, and schedules are aligned. Collaborate with campus leaders to maintain program calendars and operational schedules. Assist with event planning, logistics, and execution for ministry events. Work alongside the Director of Operational Excellence to help develop efficient processes and tools for better communication, data tracking, and performance. Use Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive) to organize and manage data. Design simple flyers, forms, and communication pieces using Canva or similar tools.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar). Experience in administrative, operations, or project support roles. Self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable. A personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
