In this vital role, you will ensure efficient operations by coordinating service requests, scheduling appointments, and keeping communication flowing smoothly between our clients and skilled diesel technicians. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.Tech Dispatching:
Coordinate with our diesel technicians to schedule and dispatch work orders effectively.Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and completed work orders.Updates & Support:
Keep clients updated on their service status to ensure top-tier satisfaction.Parts & Inventory:
Assist in inventory management and procurement of necessary parts and supplies.Collaboration:
Work closely with the team to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles (preferred). Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the talent to multitask. Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite) and ability to learn internal systems quickly. Knowledge of the diesel truck repair industry is highly desirable, but not required.Pay:
$20.00- $25.
