Secretary Job Description:

The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast paced environment, be detail oriented, and have a passion for helping others. You will be responsible for answering calls, attending to customers and handling the day to day operations within the quickbooks system. This position will need to have the ability to learn quickbooks and complete task such as: invoicing, making sales orders, and assisting with light accounting task.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls. Greet all visitors upon entry into the office. Assist in preparing and maintaining filing system. Maintain office supplies inventory. Maintain office cleanliness and organization. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Experience:

1+ years' experience as a Receptionist or Office Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment with heavy demands on time and attention; knowledge of basic office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, fax machines); excellent written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail; ability to work independently; strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks; ability to work under pressure; discretion and confidentiality are essential traits.
