Job Description
Luxury residential home builder in Brunswick County has an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant who has construction experience.
- Administrative and documentation support for client projects
- Create and maintain purchase orders and change orders in Timberline system.
- Assist the sales function by tracking and monitoring sales inquiries and assist with follow-up communications with potential clients.
- Assist with Architectural Standards Committee submittals.
- Answer phone calls at the design center/sales office. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and have the ability to learn specialized software packages. Three years of office administration experience and keen organizational skills required and experience in residential construction and knowledge of Timberline software is a big plus.
