Director of the L. Russ Bush Center for Faith and Culture Job Details Serve as faculty secretary to Director Create, proofread and post syllabi and other course documents. Create gradebooks, attendance sheets, and rosters each semester. Complete semester textbook requisition forms. Create and manage CampusNet course pages each semester. Manage quizzes and assignments on CampusNet. Manage Panopto lectures for Distance Learning students. Create and facilitate Zoom events for online classes. Conduct research as directed. Manage the director's library. Schedule academic meetings or appointments for the director Prepare and send weekly Center for Faith and Culture (CFC) newsletter Assist with and communicate regularly with mentees in the mentorship program Communicate regularly with mentored advanced degree students Assist the Administrative Assistant in the routine tasks of the Center In light of CFC events, assist the Admin Assistant as needed with preparations for guests, setting up for events, luncheons, etc. Other job duties as requested may include Promote CFC at welcome (NSO) events or prospective student tour events Communicate regularly with students
