Non•Exempt Tribute seeks a Development Assistant at our beautiful Corporate office located in Wilmington, NC . Our Corporate Headquarters are located in the sought-after Arboretum West Community, which Tribute Companies owns and operates. The Mayfaire shopping center, The Forum, and Wrightsville Beach are just right up the road with plenty more options for lunch, shopping, and activities! Summary The Development Assistant position performs a variety of administrative and clerical support duties providing assistance to the Corporate Administrator. Assists with routine scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, data entry, and filing. Supports day‑to‑day office operations and helps coordinate information and materials related to ongoing projects. Work requires attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Corporate Administrator. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain and organize project documentation and shared files Assist with permit and entitlement tracking, including data entry and status updates Track and document project updates to ensure information remains current and accessible Prepare draft meeting materials, including agendas and summaries Gather, compile, and organize information to support internal requests Provide general administrative and office support, including handling mail, greeting visitors, and assisting with minor errands as needed Follow established procedures and maintain consistency in documentation and recordkeeping Handle sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner Performs related tasks as required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities, Education, and Experience Demonstrated strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to follow through on assignments, maintain consistency across tasks, and communicate professionally with internal teams and external consultants. Capable of working effectively within established processes and contributing to team objectives. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required; prior exposure to real estate project development environments is a plus but not required.Competitive Benefits and Perks:
