Job Description

Robert High Development is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to executives, the financial team, and company staff. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience, with a background in accounting strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail distribution Utilize Microsoft Office, , and other software to streamline administrative processes Manage all company insurances Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Greet visitors, clients, and staff warmly while maintaining a friendly and professional environment Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and office coordination Support executives and financial team members with administrative and operational tasks Maintain organized records, files, and documentation Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of administrative or executive support experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills Experience with office management systems and scheduling tools Preferred Skills Experience in accounting is helpful Experience supporting senior leadership or executives Knowledge of project coordination and office operations Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
