Job Description

This individual is responsible for answering the switchboard, typing, filing, mail distribution and other general clerical/office duties. This position is also responsible for greeting all facility visitors, ensuring confidentiality review and encouraging a friendly atmosphere in the reception area. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required. Experience in healthcare setting preferred. Customer service and administrative/clerical skills required.
LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS
CPR and CPI (Offered at facility) First aid may be required based on state or facility. Ability to work with male and female, adult (18 & over) substance abuse/dually diagnosed/opiate dependent population. Must be able to work with culturally diverse populations.
