Administrative Assistant - Timesheet & Payroll Support (Full-Time)
Position:
Full-Time Administrative Assistant Job Summary:
Myles Home Health Agency is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to oversee employee timesheet compliance. This position is responsible for ensuring caregivers submit accurate and complete timesheets on time, correcting errors before payroll, and communicating with employees to resolve missing or incorrect documentation. Primary Responsibilities Review employee timesheets daily for accuracy and completeness. Track missing, incomplete, or incorrect timesheets. Contact employees through the company messaging app, phone, or text regarding timesheet issues. Ensure all timesheet corrections ("redos") are completed accurately and before payroll deadlines. Monitor employees to ensure timesheets are submitted on time. Follow up with employees until all required corrections are received. Maintain organized records of timesheet submissions and outstanding issues. Report unresolved timesheet problems to management. Assist with other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based software. Previous administrative or healthcare office experience preferred. Schedule Full-time Monday-Thursday 9a-4p; Friday 9a-1p Performance Expectations Success in this role will be measured by: Timely completion of employee timesheet reviews. Reduction in payroll delays caused by missing or incorrect timesheets. Prompt completion of employee timesheet redos. Effective communication and follow-up with employees. Accurate recordkeeping and attention to detail.
Pay:
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
