Administrative Assistant II - Aftermarket The Manitowoc Company - 3.6 Winston-Salem, NC Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Benefits Paid parental leave Paid holidays 401(k) Tuition reimbursement Parental leave Qualifications Administrative experience High school diploma or GED Productivity software Office experience Full Job Description The Administrative Assistant ll is responsible for handling incoming service phone calls, assisting service manager, typing work orders, invoicing completed repairs and reconciliations, timekeeping and other assigned clerical duties. This position will be located at the Winston-Salem branch, for MGX Equipment Services and report to the Sr. Manager Technical Services.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Answer multiple phone calls via telephone/headset throughout the day and respond to messages.
- Greet visitors and direct to appropriate person.
- Use computer to generate E-Mail and other branch correspondence.
- Process invoices and other clerical duties such as filing and faxing.
- Schedule, coordinate, and log all service calls as received.
- Contact customers and vendors with status updates.
- Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of one year related administrative experience required. Experience in the heavy equipment or construction industry preferred.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Must have excellent communication skills with a customer/client focus.

- Know and follow established job specific and facility wide safety and health procedures and rules.
