The opportunity Support the seasonal development process for Hanes Activewear, Scrubs, Comfywear, Printwear from ideation to production. What You'll Be Doing Support the Product Development and Technical Design teams with day-to-day project coordination. Help maintain product information and documentation within company systems. Coordinate samples, testing reports, and development materials. Partner with sourcing teams and cross-functional partners to keep projects moving forward. Assist with product specifications, development documentation, and seasonal project tracking. Attend team meetings and learn the product development process from concept through production. Support special projects related to product improvements, sourcing initiatives, and new product development. Communicate with internal teams and global partners to gather information and ensure deadlines are met. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Apparel, Textiles, Fashion Merchandising, Product Development, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Internship experience or 1-3 years of professional experience in apparel, retail, merchandising, sourcing, product development, or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with PLM systems, Browzwear, or apparel development processes is a plus but not required.
