This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a legal practice concentrating on employment law and civil litigation. We value your contributions and are committed to providing a rewarding experience that fosters growth and development. Responsibilities Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. Support litigation processes by organizing case materials, assisting with document review, and tracking deadlines to ensure procedural compliance. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, answering phones with excellent etiquette, and maintaining organized office records to streamline daily operations.
