We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to add to our team in Ellendale, ND as an Administrative Assistant! We are a very busy and growing electrical construction company with our headquarters in West Fargo, and have other offices across ND along with staff across the nation. The Position is for 50-55 hours per week onsite at our Ellendale, ND Data Center project. Some weekend work necessary. Must be willing to work in a fast paced work environment and have the ability to multi-task. Experience with Microsoft Office products are going to be highly looked at for this position, as data entry, sending/receiving e-mails, and editing documents (letters, spreadsheets, etc.) are going to be a large portion of daily tasks. With that being said, STRONG attention to detail for accurate data entry is needed, along with excellent communication skills both in written and verbal form. Reliability is a must, with ability to be flexible as day-to-day business needs change.Requirements include:
- Minimum 1-2 years prior office administrative related experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Xcel, etc.)
- Attention to Detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Present positive and professional attitude
- Driver's License and own transportation to work
