The Opportunity We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Operations team in Jamestown, ND. This is a full-time, in-office role that sits at the center of a fast-moving manufacturing and construction environment. You will support day-to-day departmental operations
  • from document preparation and data entry to communication coordination and technical document handling.
What makes this role different from a standard administrative position is the environment. You will be working alongside engineers, project managers, and production teams where blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications are part of the daily workflow.   • you will have a real advantage here and we will invest in developing that knowledge. What You Will Do Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department
  • scheduling, correspondence, filing, and general office coordination Prepare, format, proofread, and distribute documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy Accurately enter and maintain data in departmental databases and ERP systems; generate summary reports and pull data to support team decisions Assist with the organization, filing, logging, and distribution of technical documents including shop drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications Support project and order documentation workflows•ensuring drawings, revisions, and document packages are tracked, version-controlled, and routed correctly Coordinate meetings and appointments for department leadership; prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow-up actions Maintain office supplies, coordinate equipment upkeep, and support general office logistics Support the team as needed•in a growing manufacturing company, every day looks a little different What We Are Looking For Here is what matters most to us: 3+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in a manufacturing, construction, or engineering environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite•Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint High attention to detail and strong organizational skills•you catch errors before they become problems Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously without dropping the ball A big plus if you have experience working with construction drawings, blueprints, shop drawings, or engineering specifications.
The ability to read and interpret basic technical documents
  • even at a foundational level
  • is a meaningful advantage in this role. We will also invest in developing this skill if you are new to it but genuinely curious. Pay and Benefits $18.00
