Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that administrative tasks run smoothly and efficiently. Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting patients, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer support Perform data entry tasks with accuracy using spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and medical software Organize and maintain filing systems—both digital and physical—to ensure easy access and document security Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for patients using medical software Support office management duties such as ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance requests, and overseeing general administrative functions Handle client communication professionally via phone, email, or in person while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Provide clerical support including proofreading documents, word processing, and managing correspondence Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and medical software Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry, filing systems, and technical proficiency in office tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills—both verbal and written Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and front desk procedures to ensure smooth communication flow Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Ability to prioritize tasks effectively using time management techniques Previous office experience or administrative experience is preferred; personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is a plus Join us as an Office Assistant where your proactive attitude and organizational talents will help us deliver outstanding service while advancing your career in a supportive environment!

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
