Project Admin - Fargo, ND NorthStar Safety - 1.0 West Fargo, ND Job Details Full-time $23 - $26 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication High school diploma or GED Full Job Description NorthStar Safety provides traffic control services and pavement markings on roads and parking lots throughout Minnesota and North Dakota. We take pride in the quality of our work, value the safety of our employees, and operate with integrity as a team. We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support project setup, job processing, invoicing, and accounts receivable functions from our West Fargo office. Responsibilities Set up awarded projects and maintain project documentation Process contracts, insurance certificates, and bonds Coordinate with Estimators, Operations, and office staff to support project execution Enter production quantities and assist with invoicing Prepare and review customer invoices Follow up on invoice questions and customer payments Monitor accounts receivable communications Set up customer accounts and maintain accurate records Assist with material procurement, inventory tracking, and other administrative duties Qualifications 1+ year of administrative, accounting, project coordination, or office experience High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and regular in-office attendance required Construction, highway, traffic control, or related industry experience preferred Bid2Win experience preferred Schedule Monday-Friday In-office position Hours may vary based on seasonal workload Overtime and occasional work outside normal business hours may be required NorthStar Safety is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
