Detailed Description:
Manage reception desk by answering a multi-line phone system, greeting visitors, distributing mail and providing vendor support Provide general office support such as stocking kitchen and office supplies, conference room management, and ordering catering for group meetings Proof and maintain Department's SharePoint site, e-learnings, manuals, technical documents, organizational charts, and phone lists Assist in Asset Management projects including locating assets, researching asset history, and maintaining electronic asset records Manage various departmental reports by creating, proofing, distributing, and maintaining final reports on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis as needed Support regional personnel with system troubleshooting and processes Assist with employee onboarding to include computer requests, systems training(s), and ordering business cards as needed Work with Hiring Managers, Recruiting, and HR to help facilitate logistics for interviewees such as scheduling interviews and booking travel/transportation Maintain a clean, organized and professional office environment Promptly identify and resolve issues with documents or data to avoid processing delays Follow all Company policy, processes, and controls in performing assigned duties Perform other related duties as required or deemed necessary
Job Requirements:
Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as other business systems as required Ability to create reports and analyze data for accuracy from various business systems Maintain professional demeanor in all situations with the ability to work effectively with executives, employees at all levels, and third parties Ability to maintain Company and employee confidentiality at all times and handles sensitive information and protect Company proprietary information in an appropriate manner. Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise Extremely detail oriented with the ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize work while under pressure
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office administrative support role
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with the oil field services industry is a plus Experience with SharePoint is a plus Bachelor's degree preferred

This job requires the ability to work under time-sensitive deadlines and maintain a calm and professional demeanor when adversity is encountered. It also requires the physical ability to work in office environment including the ability to sit for long periods of time while performing office or computer tasks.
