Description:
Provide support to the Agricultural Loan Division by assisting with the preparation of loan documents, servicing customers, building and maintaining credit files and various other duties to assist the division manager in achieving the division's goals. Duties and Responsibilities Prepare loan documents, type file correspondence, and insure the credit files are current. Assist customers and business contacts by phone, e-mail, fax, and in person in a courteous and professional manner. Assist the division head and other ag loan officers as needed to achieve the division's goals. Provide services on an ongoing basis for customers. Perform general clerical duties including computer operation, file maintenance and supply requisition. Required to adhere to all compliance policies and procedures. Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements High school education or GED. Proficient working knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to relate to customers in a courteous and professional manner. Ability to demonstrate professional behavior and project a professional image in dress, manner, and communication. Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects. Ability to produce accurate results Desired Requirements 1-3 years direct experience in administrative assistant tasks. Understanding of Arta software.
