POSITION SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant position is responsible for a wide range of duties including interaction with employees, clients, customers, and other guests; ordering supplies, handling mail, and providing administrative support to various departments.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Greets and assists employees, clients, and other guests in-person, over the phone and/or by email. Performs administrative duties such as answering phones, photocopying, faxing, organizing etc. Assists with human resources programs and functions (i.e., orientation packets, Welcoming bags) Ensure regulatory compliance. Perform other duties as assigned. Schedule caregivers as needed.
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Strong problem solving, communication, creativity, and interpersonal skills. Organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task proficiently. Able to work efficiently as an individual or a team member depending upon the task. Proficient with computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and operation of general office equipment. Excellent English oral and written communications skills ( Bilingual in Spanish a plus ). Professionalism including ability to adequately handle confidential information. High school or equivalent (Required)
