Job Description

The Dining Service Office Associate is a key position that provides administrative support for a residential complex dining center. As the Dining Service Office Associate you will: Support daily dining administrative operations Provide register and cash-handling support and training. Assist with inventory management. Help manage personnel and payroll processes in coordination with Student Life HR. Work with Student Life Business Services to ensure invoices and purchase requisitions follow UNL procedures. Provide operational coverage across the Dining Services complex. Minimum Required Qualifications:
High school or equivalent experience 2 years of work experience providing administrative support. Computer proficiency. Excellent interpersonal skills. Demonstrated attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to provide customer service. Food Handler's permit or ability to obtain by passing the Safety and Sanitation test required.
