Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries efficiently, directing calls appropriately and providing accurate information Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating spreadsheets using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Word processing tools Handle office management tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and organizing meetings Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting general administrative functions Utilize computer skills to support daily operations, including QuickBooks for basic financial tasks and other office management software Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining positive client communication Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry processes Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for professional phone conversations and client interactions Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Previous office experience or administrative experience is preferred, especially in front desk or clerical roles Technical proficiency with office management tools such as QuickBooks, productivity software, and filing systems Ability to manage time efficiently while prioritizing tasks to ensure smooth daily operations Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records Personal assistant or calendar management experience is a plus for supporting team schedules Join us as a Front Desk Agent where your proactive attitude and organizational expertise will make a meaningful impact every day!
