Job Description

Job Title:
Administrative Assistant Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional and friendly receptionist/administrative assistant to join our team. The receptionist will be one of the first points of contact for our firm, providing exceptional customer service to clients. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, be computer literate, and possess excellent communication abilities. Duties will include running reports, preparation work, answering phone calls, greeting clients, scanning and filing. Ability to multi-task and willing to take on new job duties as needed. Willingness to advance career is encouraged.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Experience:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment operation
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively Candidate will need to pass a background check.
