JOB OVERVIEW GENERAL PURPOSE
Provides high-level administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. With regular attendance, this role is responsible for a wide range of technology-focused administrative and clerical tasks.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Utilize vendor websites to produce accurate quotations and orders for County and contracted government agencies. Prepare billing documents for department services provided to cities and agencies through interlocal contracts. Monitor software and service contract expirations and procure renewal quotes. Schedule and coordinate projects and special assignments. Verify and process invoices, purchase orders, and vouchers for payment. Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for technology assets across County departments and supported agencies. Coordinate the ordering, delivery, and payment of technology equipment for Sarpy County and other entities (e.g. cities of La Vista, Papillion, Bellevue, Sarpy/Cass Health Department). Perform other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or
G.E.D. 2
years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse individuals. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite and other software related to data management, communication, and other common business processes. Ability to follow established policies and procedures for confidentiality while adapting to evolving privacy standards and technologies. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships within a team. Basic knowledge of I.T. security practices
