Roles & Responsibilities:
Reception:
Answering the phone, directing calls to the appropriate staff member and taking messages Welcome clients/onsite vendors Inventory management Binding client reports Sort and deliver daily mail Coordinate catering for lunches at staff meetings Assist the Operations Manager in client event planning Act as liason to our IT company and administrator of our phone system Web site maintenance Maintain the client database Review vendor invoices and mail out the checks
Qualifications:
Associate's degree Outstanding communication skills Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook Key skills: Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and work independently Working knowledge of office equipment(fax, scanner, printer, copier) and general technological proficiency Attention to detail Proactive member of the team
