Difference:
As an LNA, you'll provide hands-on care and support that helps our residents enjoy greater comfort, independence, and quality of life. You'll work closely with nurses and other members of our care team while getting to know the residents you support each day.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining Supporting mobility, transfers, and positioning safely and comfortably Taking and documenting vital signs and communicating changes in resident condition Responding to resident needs with patience, kindness, and professionalism Encouraging independence while respecting each resident's individual preferences and abilities Helping maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment Collaborating with nurses and other team members to provide coordinated, high-quality care Following safety, infection control, regulatory, and community guidelines
What Will Help You Succeed:
We're looking for team members who bring compassion, reliability, and a genuine commitment to providing excellent care.
