Job Description

This is a front office position with significant student interaction with the public. Part receptionist, part data entry specialist, the Office Assistant supports teaching staff and students, greeting, answering phone and routine inquiries, as well as maintaining excellent data in two databases, Access and LACES (student data). Reporting to the Office Manager, this person will prepare transcripts, process mailings, update handbooks, assist with special events and make copies for teachers as requested. Part-time 24 hours/week school year. Limited summer availability preferred. Starting pay $20.88-$23.95/hour school year with some summer availability.
