Job Description
Roessel Joy is partnered with a well-established company in the wellness and fitness industry seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistantg to join their team. This role will support licensing renewals, documentation, recordkeeping, purchasing, and general administrative operations across multiple departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. This is a 40-hour-per-week hybrid position , with Monday through Wednesday in the office and Thursday and Friday remote .
Key Responsibilities:
Complete applications and filing requirements for licensing renewals, including state, city, occupancy, and other business-related licenses. Organize, maintain, and cross-reference licensing documents and records within company systems. Track licensing information, renewal deadlines, fees, and other requirements to ensure accurate and timely renewals. Research licensing fees and requirements as needed. Create and issue purchase requisitions and purchase orders. Manage incoming mail and correspondence and ensure items are routed appropriately. Collaborate with Facilities, Construction, Legal, Accounting/Finance, and other cross-functional teams. Maintain accurate records in platforms such as SharePoint and Smartsheet. Assist with various licensing, administrative, and organizational projects. Provide general administrative support to the operations team as needed. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field preferred. Previous administrative, operations, licensing, compliance, or office support experience preferred. Licensing or permit-related experience is highly valued. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Smartsheet or similar document/project management systems is preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. #RJADM45
