Administrative Assistant Location:
Hudson, NH (Onsite)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Pay Rate:
$24.00-$25.00/hour (based on experience) Position Summary Our client in Hudson, NH is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support project administration, order processing, customer communications, and general office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and has strong organizational and data entry skills. Responsibilities Prepare proposals, bid documents, and project-related correspondence Review and process purchase orders and customer requirements Enter and maintain project, order, and customer information in company systems Prepare submittal packages, work orders, and project documentation Communicate with customers regarding orders, project status, and inquiries Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry and reporting Handle walk-in orders and provide general administrative support Sort and distribute mail Provide backup reception coverage as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of administrative or office experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Preferred Experience Construction, manufacturing, engineering, or project-based environment Reviewing digital construction plans or blueprints ERP systems and order entry software All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
