  • Part-time, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a hardworking, motivated, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team!
Ideally, we are looking for someone looking for someone with prior admin experience but are willing to train the right candidate. Any previous work in the financial services industry is a plus. We are a young company that continues to grow and are looking for the right person to set us up for success. The daily tasks will include data entry, filing, scheduling, and document processing. No two days are ever the same, so if you like a work environment that isn't mundane, you will like it here. If you have an artistic side, there is potential for social media content creation as well. You must be willing to adhere to a professional dress code and willing to engage with clients of all types and political views. Responsibilities Manage our client database CRM Answer the phone, schedule appointments, and appointment reminders
  • proper phone etiquette is a must Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including data entry and document management Support office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and meeting coordination Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and supporting client needs Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity, ensuring all communications are professional and error-free Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong computer literacy including data entry, filing, and basic bookkeeping skills Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is advantageous for understanding specialized workflows Reliable transportation This position does not currently offer benefits, but after 1-year of employment, limited benefits will be discussed.
