Shift Manager - Beverage FT Bally's Corporation 45000.00 United States, Jersey, Atlantic City 1900 Pacific Avenue (Show on map) May 19, 2026
Description Responsibilities:
Handles the administration of all beverage facilities. Completes payroll for the beverage employees, maintains data and handles payroll forecasting. Ensures the enforcement of policy. Maintains all records, reports and critiques concerning beverage services. Takes disciplinary and corrective action on Cocktail Servers when necessary. Meets with the staff on a weekly basis to reiterate policy and evaluate operations. Other Duties as assigned. Works with upper management to maximize guest satisfaction and service.
Work Environment:
Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
Target Salary Range:
