Job Description

Healthcare Nursing Assistant seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the provision of exceptional care and services to our residents. Collaborating with the Administrator to develop and implement policies, procedures, and goals Providing administrative support to various departments, including nursing, social services, and accounts payable Conducting staff training and development programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies Coordinating with outside agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of necessary services Assisting in the management of budgets and ensuring effective use of resources
