Job Description
HIGHLIGHTS
- Provide front-desk coverage by managing a busy, multiline phone system, greeting guests as they enter the office, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintaining an organized, clean office environment.
- Operates a variety of office equipment including a copier, fax machine, computer and assigned software.
- Provide administrative support to office, including email correspondence and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and faxes.
- Establishes and maintains record systems and files; updates and maintains records and reports related to assigned program and activities including those of a confidential nature; prepares reports and agenda items as assigned by the position.
- Independently composes correspondence, answers inquiries, and provides technical information related to assigned program, policies, and procedures.
- Communicates with various personnel, departments, outside agencies, and community members to exchange information, coordinate activities, and resolve issues or concerns; receives and responds to phone calls.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday:
8:00am-4:30pm | 40 hours per week | Full-time | Benefit Eligible (Medical, free DMO dental & free vision) including 6 weeksPTO & 11
Holidays Hourly Rate:
$21.63/hour Requirements- High School diploma / GED with 2 years of mental health experience OR
- College degree in business or a mental health discipline.
- Knowledge of Medicaid policies and procedures.
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office products, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with data management systems and basic database operations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent organizational and data organization skills to manage large volumes of information.
- Communicate effectively at all levels in a diverse and fast paced working environment.
- Ability to coordinate projects and work collaboratively with team members.
- Ability to work with individuals with mental illness in a caring and professional manner.
- Valid NJ Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
