We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team and help keep our office running smoothly. The position is Full Time Monday-Friday. Salary is based on experience. The individual hired for this position will be working directly with the Administrative Director, Operations Director & Owners of the company. Job Responsibilities Provide general administrative and clerical support Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage company calendars Prepare documents, reports, and data entry Invoicing and applying daily receipts Follow up and correspond with customers Assist with office supply inventory and ordering Greet and assist visitors and clients Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Administrative or office experience a must Exceptional communication and organizational skills Excellent customer service skills are a must Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Demonstrates the ability to work independently and as a team Must be punctual and reliable Must have own transportation Benefits Health Insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) Opportunities for growth and professional development Friendly and supportive team environment How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter through Indeed.
