Join Our Team as a Administrative Assistant at Richman Property Services, Inc.! Richman Property Services is currently seeking a Part -Time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our team!
Position:
Administrative Assistant (PT)
Location:
Bayville Housing. Our 96 unit residential community. located in Bayville.
Hours :
Monday Through Friday 9:00am - 2:00pm

Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and emails from Resident Managers and Leasing Staff Assist with application intake, verification, and screening and resident applications Lease document review for compliance Preparing tenant responses and property notices Preparing legal notices Special projects as assigned
Filing Requirements:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED and some college preferred
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in apartment leasing and/or property management preferred
Skills & Certifications:
Excellent command of the English language - both written and oral Customer service and detail-oriented Good time-management skills and ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously Residential Property Management experience preferred Ability to self-manage and prioritize Exceptional resident relations skills
