Position Overview We are seeking a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our patients. This role is critical in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Key Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and provide a premium guest experience at check-in and check-out. Coordinate patient consultations and ensure all intake forms and medical histories are completed accurately. Manage payment processing, invoices, and patient records securely. Support providers by preparing treatment rooms and coordinating patient flow. Maintain front desk appearance and ensure compliance with clinic standards. Qualifications Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Strong computer skills (EHR systems, scheduling software, MS Office, or similar).
