Our focus is on supporting clients to remain in their homes comfortably and securely while providing exceptional care tailored to their needs. Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented DDD Services Coordinator to support service delivery for our Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) program. This role is responsible for reviewing and approving visit documentation for both Direct Support Professional (DSP) and Therapy cases, verifying Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) clock-ins, and working directly with caregivers to keep schedules accurate and compliant. The role is expected to grow in scope over time. The ideal candidate is highly comfortable with computers and scheduling/billing software, has prior experience with HHAexchange or a similar platform, and is comfortable navigating change as processes evolve. Duties Coordinate and oversee service delivery for individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring personalized support plans are effectively implemented. Manage relationships with clients, families, community agencies, and service providers to promote positive outcomes. Support DDD program staff, providing guidance and training as needed to foster a high-performing team. Review and approve visit notes for accuracy and completeness before they move to billing Review and approve EVV clock-ins, identifying and resolving discrepancies Work directly with caregivers on their schedules — confirming shifts, resolving conflicts, and coaching on correct clock-in/clock-out procedures Help identify and flag billing-integrity issues (e.g., shift overlaps, mismatches between systems) Assist with administrative functions including documentation, authorzation management and client records management. Skills Experience in intake, scheduling, or coordination — home care or DDD agency experience strongly preferred Hands-on experience with HHAexchange or a similar EVV/agency management platform Strong computer skills and comfort learning new systems quickly, including working across multiple platforms at once High attention to detail, particularly around documentation that feeds directly into billing Clear, professional communication skills for working with caregivers on scheduling and compliance Comfortable in a role where day-to-day responsibilities will shift and expand as the position and our systems evolve This position offers the opportunity to grow with the role — as our DDD department expands and our processes evolve, so will the scope of this position.
