full-time The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. This role is fully in office, Monday-Friday (standard hours of 8:30-5pm) Depending on experience, this role is paying between $50-52k base. Responsibilities Coordinate patient appointments and nurse-to-patient interactions, ensuring schedules and workflows run smoothly. Schedule, confirm, and coordinate client and patient meetings while maintaining clear and timely communication. Answer incoming calls and provide professional, responsive support to patients, clients, and internal teams. Enter and maintain accurate patient and administrative data within electronic systems. Scan, upload, index, and manage electronic medical records to ensure documentation is accurate, organized, and easily accessible. Support day-to-day administrative operations and help streamline processes to improve efficiency and the overall patient experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
