Client Overview Our client is a leading international advisory and accounting firm, providing clients with expert financial, tax, audit, and consulting services. They are currently looking to add a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to their team. Salary/Hourly Rate $22/hr Position Overview Our client is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will work a 20-hour schedule from Monday through Friday, either 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Responsibilities Of The Part-Time Administrative Assistant Serve as the first point of contact by answering and directing incoming calls, taking messages, and providing administrative support to partners and staff. Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner while managing front desk and reception operations. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, prepare correspondence, and process envelopes using postage equipment. Receive, organize, and distribute client documents and paperwork, ensuring accurate handling and filing. Scan, upload, and maintain client records and documentation within the firm's tax software and document management systems. Support the team with special projects and perform a variety of administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient office operations. Required Experience/Skills For The Part-Time Administrative Assistant Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Previous administrative, receptionist, or office support experience in a professional environment. Experience within an accounting, financial services, or related professional services setting is preferred, but not required. Education Requirements At least 2+ years of experience working in an administrative role in an office setting.
