N/A More about this job > Description Care Finders Total Care , a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for a Clinical Clerk responsible for ensuring seamless and timely communication between nurses and office staff to ensure proper patient visits are done. You will report to the Branch Manager.
Pay:
$15.00-$16.00/
Hourly Schedule:
M-F 8:30AM-5:00

Schedule visits for our field nurses with our clients. Update patient information when reported by nurses. Organize new admission charts and closed cases for review. Prepare weekly reports. Prepare patient charts for field nurse visits. Ensure scheduled aides are compliant before starting cases. Weekly monitoring of aides to ensure home supervisions are done timely. Assess authorizations department with audit regarding changes in insurance coverage. Liaison between nurses and the coordination department on patient visit interruptions and CHHA compliance. We are excited to speak to someone with the following… High School Diploma or GED 1+ years healthcare experience preferred 2+ years of customer service experience preferred Experience using HHAeXchange preferred Bilingual in English & Spanish required
