Job Description
Administrative Assistant Steady Hands Painting is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who communicates professionally, stays organized, and can keep schedules, customers, and job information moving in the right direction. The Administrative Assistant will serve as an important point of contact for our customers while providing direct support to the department head and field team. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and provide friendly, professional customer service Gather customer and job information and enter it accurately into the company CRM Schedule appointments and coordinate the daily job schedule Confirm upcoming appointments and communicate scheduling updates to customers Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, open estimates, and previous inquiries Assist with customer reminders, confirmations, and general communication Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and job information Support the department head with administrative tasks, reporting, and daily operational needs Help ensure communication between the office, customers, and field employees remains clear and organized Assist with additional office responsibilities as needed Qualifications Previous administrative, office, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred Strong phone and written communication skills Comfortable working with CRM software, scheduling systems, email, and basic computer programs Highly organized with strong attention to detail Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy office environment Professional, dependable, and comfortable speaking with customers Able to work independently while supporting a team Painting, construction, or home-service industry experience is helpful but not required Position Details Full-time position In-office work environment Full benefits package Opportunities to grow with an established and expanding company About Steady Hands Painting Steady Hands Painting is committed to delivering high-quality painting services and a professional customer experience from the first phone call through the completion of each project.
