- Provide direct administrative support to senior executives, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and scheduling.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries. Administrative Support
- Coordinate logistics for internal meetings, leadership offsites, and company events as needed.
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external use.
- Assist with onboarding activities and various cross-functional initiatives as needed. Office Administration
- Maintain office supplies, snacks, beverages, and other shared office needs.
- Coordinate desk and workspace setup for new hires.

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or similar support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
