Duration•This is a brand new (re-awarded) 5 year contract and we are the Prime!What You'll Do:
In this role, you'll help keep facilities running smoothly by supporting maintenance programs, managing service contracts, and keeping important data organized and up to date. You'll work behind the scenes to make sure buildings, grounds, and essential services are properly maintained, safe, and operating efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day facilities operations, including building and grounds maintenance programs Help manage service contracts (custodial, landscaping, trash removal, utilities, etc.) Gather and organize information needed to prepare contract packages for government review Track contract status, funding, timelines, and performance using spreadsheets and internal systems Enter and maintain accurate data in Army and company databases Create and update purchase requests, work orders, and funding documents Assist with project tracking, including updates, timelines, and quality control reports Maintain organized records (digital and physical), including reports, memos, and contract files Coordinate service agreements between departments or partner organizations Provide general administrative support such as filing, scanning, and document preparationWhat We're Looking For:
Experience in facilities, operations, contract support, or a similar field Background working with the U.S. Army Reserve or military facilities is highly preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and Microsoft Office tools Ability to review data, spot issues, and communicate clear recommendations Able to write clear emails and basic reports related to maintenance or operations Experience with systems likeGFEBS/SAP
is helpful (or willingness to learn quickly)Requirements:
Associate degree preferred, but not required (relevant experience will be considered) At least 5-7 years of related experience Valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check (NACI)Work Environment:
This is a support role with no direct supervisory responsibilities. You'll collaborate with facilities teams, project staff, and government stakeholders to help keep operations running efficiently.
