Competitive, based on experience About the Role We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Administrator to be the welcoming face of our practice. In this role, you'll help create an exceptional patient experience while ensuring our front office runs smoothly. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Greet patients, visitors, and vendors with warmth and professionalism Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments Collect patient co-pays, balances, and payments accurately Verify patient demographic and insurance information Process incoming and outgoing mail, email, and correspondence Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Perform accurate data entry and document management Scan, file, and prepare office documents Support providers and staff with administrative tasks Monitor and restock front office supplies Deliver outstanding customer service from check-in through check-out Qualifications Experience in a medical office, front desk, receptionist, or administrative role preferred Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional phone etiquette Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Adobe Acrobat Comfortable learning electronic medical record (EMR) systems Strong computer, typing, and data entry skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Customer service experience is highly preferred We're Looking For Someone Who Loves helping people and creating a positive patient experience Is friendly, professional, and dependable Stays organized and calm in a busy office Takes initiative and pays close attention to detail Is punctual, eager to learn, and a strong team player Why Join Us?
