Service Bdc Rep/Appointment Coordinator Compensation:

$19.00 per hour plus performance-based bonuses.

Schedule:

10:00 AM - 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, rotating Saturdays. DCH Freehold BMW is searching for high-performing, Business Development Center Representatives to join our service team! We are looking for a polished, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a BDC Representative. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with impeccable follow-up skills, strong verbal and written communication, and high computer proficiency. Previous dealership BDC experience is a plus, and a great attitude is essential for success in this role. Who are we looking for? Automotive Service BDC is required Strong focus on providing best-in-class customer service Outstanding follow-up skills Ability to maintain excellent phone etiquette while handling a high volume of calls Strong communication skills -both verbal and written Excellent computer skills including CRM proficiency Highly organized with attention to detail High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
