Front Desk & Administrative Assistant Unlimited Performance | Gibbsboro, NJ Unlimited Performance is looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Front Desk & Administrative Assistant to join our team. This person will be an important first point of contact for our members and help keep the day-to-day operations of our facility running smoothly. We are looking for someone who is comfortable interacting with people, has excellent communication skills, and can stay organized while handling multiple tasks. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general questions Schedule and manage appointments Greet members and provide a welcoming, professional experience Assist with membership questions, account updates, and general administrative needs Respond to emails and messages in a timely manner Maintain schedules and help coordinate appointments and sessions Assist with basic data entry and other administrative tasks Help keep the front desk and common areas organized Communicate effectively with trainers, staff, and members Provide general support to the team as needed Qualifications Friendly, professional, and personable Experience with children is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable and dependable Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable answering phones and interacting with clients Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Comfortable using computers, email, scheduling software, and basic office programs Previous experience in a front desk, administrative, customer service, or fitness setting is a plusSchedule Evening availability is essential , as evenings are our busiest hours. Some flexibility with scheduling is preferred. We are anticipating a schedule of 30 hours weekly for this position. Compensation $20-$25 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications. Position Structure This position will begin as a temporary/introductory position for approximately three months , with a formal review at the end of the 90-day period. At that time, we will evaluate the position and determine whether to continue employment on an ongoing basis.
