Your contributions will directly impact our mission to provide exceptional healthcare services. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently. Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records. Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns. Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks. Maintain office organization and cleanliness to create a professional environment. Support office management functions including scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to streamline clinic operations. Qualifications Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
