Job Description

This is a part-time position up to 26 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Position is primarily located at Mays Landing Campus; however, candidate must be able to travel to all three campuses as needed. Organizes, maintains and creates monthly food pantry reports Assists with loading and unloading boxes for pantry, special events and programming Participates in NSD, food awareness programs and other school programs. Edits and updates Google docs/Excel sheets Research and develops monthly flyers for Student Advocacy Events and other college events (Earth day, black History Month, etc.) Edit/Input/Update judicial records on Maxient and School judicial record system Obtain student records from Colleague Creates monthly Awareness/Information boards & flyers Provides coverage in the food pantry when needed Assists with set up/breakdown of events Performs clerical duties such as data entry, scanning/imaging, and answering phones Processes in person and phone inquiries Updates food pantry newsletter Provides coverage for special awareness programs Performs related duties as assigned
Education:
High School Diploma or GED Experience:
Computer literacy and typing skills Knowledge of Word, Excel, Access and Canva preferred
Competencies and Skills:
Customer service and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Attention to detail Strong organization skills Ability to work independently Must be able to lift and push 20 pounds
Terms of Employment:
This position may require flexible scheduling to include evenings and weekends and duties at any Atlantic Cape location.
